3. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Failure to pay on time may result in a suspension or termination of services.

4. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions to delivered work are included in the project fee.
Significant changes or additional requests may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds will only be issued if:

The project has not yet commenced.
There is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the contract.

Refunds will not be provided for completed projects or after client approval of delivered work.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared with us during the course of a project. Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will have ownership rights to the final deliverables. However, Djamal Eddine Ben reserves the right to use non-confidential aspects of completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver services to the highest standards. However, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any losses resulting from delays caused by the client or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. The client will be required to compensate for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Algiers, Algeria.
